I've personally tested this tweak and it works! feel free to drop your comment and let me know if it worked for you.Try it with other networks too! Now that i've put that out there, let's get to it.
REQUIREMENTS
1.3G/4G Speed Optimizer
2.A Script manager
3.3G turbochager script
4.Mobile Uncle STEPS
1.Download 3G/4G app from playstore

2.Download this script manager

3.Download the 3G turbocharger script by zeppelinrox

4.Start 3G/4G speed optimizer
then choose network speed as 12/28/7-max speed
check on download speed increase
now click on apply tweak.
REBOOT YOUR DEVICE
5. Now open script manager
Browse the downloaded 3g turbocharger text file.
Check on superuser icon ( the android skeleton icon in this case )
Click on run. Script will load. Wait till it asks to make a selection...
Scroll up and you can see some numbers. Put the number for fastest
Press OK/ENTER
Now put the number(4) to reboot your device
Reboot your device !!
6. Now download mobile uncle tools from playstore.

open mobile uncle, select tools
select Engineer mode.
select Engineer mode for MTK.
select mobile data service preferred. tick it.
Then go back and select crack operator GPRS lock and
select Open GPRS/EDGE
Reboot your phone and ENJOY browsing
